The Business Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operational functions by improving processes, analyzing performance data, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures operational efficiency, supports strategic goals and helps drive continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, document and maintain process and procedure documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership as needed.
- Coordinate short term summer hires across the program by coordinating onboarding, scheduling, program activities, tracking progress, and serving as a point of contact for interns and mentors.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
- Oversee Property Audit
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
- Coordinate and support internal and external events, including planning logistics, managing vendors, tracking budgets, and ensuring successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Contracts and IT to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives
- Support project management efforts, including planning, tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience, 2-5 years).
- US citizenship or permanent US residency
- Onsite presence required 5 days per week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment
- This is in anticipation of future work
- Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
