Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of analytics experience
- 2 years hands-on experience with SQL (including complex queries), R, or similar tools
- 1 year experience with marketing measurement strategies and ROI analysis
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
- Exposure to web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture, Snowplow)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microstrategy
