A well-established company in the real estate industry is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join the team. This is a strategic role focused on modern data implementation, moving beyond traditional reporting to power Advanced Analytics and Conversational AI initiatives.
Location: Washington, D.C. (3 days/week)
Salary: Up to 135k base bonus

Responsibilities:
- BI & Analytics Implementation: Responsible for end-to-end implementation of advanced analytics solutions, leveraging tools such as Looker (or similar modern BI platforms)
- AI/ML Integration: Implement business logic and domain knowledge to facilitate the development and deployment of Conversational AI solutions
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an analytics role (BI Developer, Data Engineer or related)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake is mandatory
Preferred:
- Experience within the real estate industry or working with marketing-related data to deliver high-impact data products
- Preferred Technology: Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI or comparable intelligence features is highly preferred, demonstrating an ability to work with in-platform machine learning capabilities
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
