Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), located at 999 North Capitol Street NE, Washington, DC 20002, has a requirement for logistics management and support services to assist across multiple functional areas of the organization. The Contractor shall provide a full range of logistics management and operational support services to assist OJP business and program offices.
*Must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a Federal Background Check.

Responsibilities
- Site Supervisor will serve as the liaison between the on-site crew and the stakeholders.
- The contractor shall be responsible for direct oversight of crew productivity and ensuring that customer benchmarks are met and/or exceeded.
- Shall be responsible for the overall supervision of day-to-day operations and on-site team performance to ensure efficient performance.
- Shall be responsible for timely completion of the work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Shall talks with customers, via phone and e-mail;
- Receives orders via computer from by established procedures;
- Reviews orders for accuracy and coordination of labor;
- Upon review and approval, distributes and supervises the workload of the crew; supervises the preparation items for transportation or storage; supervises the loading, storage, and unloading of client property; supervises and assists with the delivery of client property at destination;
- Submits work related problems, as they arise, whether regarding customer complaints of dissatisfaction or employee’s interactions with regard to job performance.
Site Manager Minimum Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience overseeing logistics, warehouse, or operational support environments with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- The individual should demonstrate experience coordinating personnel, managing workflow, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and serving as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government.
- Also, the experience should include: * * Supervising teams in logistics, supply chain, facilities support, or operational environments * * Planning, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure timely completion * * Monitoring quality control and performance standards * * Managing inventory accountability and property control procedures * * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and federal standards * * Preparing reports, tracking metrics, and resolving operational issues * Communicating effectively with Government representatives
Education Requisite:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The Site Supervisor must possess strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a Federal Background Check.
