What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Proposal Operations position at ANALYGENCE, Inc.?
ANALYGENCE is growing and searching for a dynamic Director of Proposal Operations. This role will actively manage the people, process, and tools related to our proposal activities.
- Responsible for management of the proposal lifecycle, including writing assignments, schedules, graphics coordination, color team reviews, editing/formatting, and submission of the proposal.
- Track metrics, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage, support, and hold the team accountable to ensure optimal resource utilization and high levels of motivation.
- Provide input and support to the CSO in the formulation of broader growth strategies and initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and execute Proposal team budget (B&P) in coordination with CSO and executive management team.
- Bachelors’ degree (Masters’ degree preferred) and 10 years of experience in proposal management focused on federal government solicitations.
- Experience with the proposal development lifecycle and expert understanding of Shipley or other proposal development processes.
- Experience facilitating status calls, reviews, briefings, and related meetings in a virtual environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior management.
