Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Certification And Training
- Perform moderately complex electrical and/or mechanical inspections on components, assemblies, and products
- Review documentation and test results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize knowledge of inspection and participate in processes to solve a wide range of difficult problems for 8D
- Use computers and various software applications to input inspection results, access data and inspection
- Practice company policies to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in quality control or inspection.
- Must be proficient in the use of inspection equipment, microscopes, and tools.
- Ability to work with computers to input inspection results, access data and inspection documentation, and
- Good knowledge of inspection operations, processes, and procedures, engineering change orders (ECOs), IPC
Certification And Training
- IPC certified.
- Some understanding of ISO9001 or ISO13485.
- US Citizenship required.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- The person in this position needs to move about the inspection area to perform inspection tasks.
- Constantly operate inspection tools and equipment.
- The ability to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Periodic ability to push carts with weight of 40 lbs or more.
