What You’ll Do
- Own Material Flow Excellence – Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of materials to meet production and customer commitments
- Lead End-to-End Operations – Oversee inventory, warehousing, and transportation with a focus on performance and scalability
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and increase efficiency
- Leverage Data for Impact – Use KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and implement measurable improvements
- Optimize Cost & Productivity – Develop strategies that balance operational efficiency with financial performance
- Build Strong Partnerships – Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
- Lead & Develop Talent – Coach and inspire a high-performing team focused on accountability, growth, and results
- Manage with Discipline – Oversee departmental budgets aligned to operational and financial goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8 years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or materials management
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments (certification a plus)
- Deep expertise in inventory control and material planning
- Experience with international logistics (preferred)
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and building strong teams
