We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our growing team in delivering events that blend creativity, precision, and purpose.
About the Role
As a Producer, you will autonomously lead the production of live, virtual, and hybrid events, owning projects from concept through execution. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and creative execution while ensuring each activation reflects our values of connection, innovation, and sustainability. This role requires a confident leader who can inspire teams, problem-solve on the fly, and deliver client-ready solutions with both creative flair and operational rigor.
Reports to: Head of Events
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of assigned projects, ensuring all deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and proactive communication throughout.
- Translate client objectives into actionable event strategies and experiences.
- Oversee budgets, including estimating, tracking, and reconciliation, to ensure projects meet financial goals.
- Draft, review, and manage project-related SOWs, contracts, permits, and insurance requirements.
- Source, vet, and manage vendors while maintaining quality, sustainability standards, and cost efficiency.
- Supervise load-ins, live events, and load-outs, acting as the lead onsite representative for Analog.
- Maintain and update project trackers, run-of-show documents, and production schedules with accuracy.
- Partner with creative and technical teams to align event design, storytelling, and production execution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development and growth.
- Contribute to agency-wide brainstorming and creative development sessions, bringing forward innovative ideas.
- Uphold Analog’s sustainability commitments by integrating impact measurement and reduction strategies into event execution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, live event production, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile, complex events.
- Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools.
- Comfortable working nights/weekends and long hours during events (as needed).
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift/carry 50 lbs .
- Must be available to work in-office in Manhattan 2–5 days per week.
