Analog Devices (ADI) is a global leader in solving the toughest engineering challenges. As we shift from a project-centric execution model to a product-led growth strategy, we are seeking a Product Operations Manager to spearhead this transformation.

In this role, you won't just manage tasks — you will be the "Product Architect" for our internal teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic goals and the daily execution of our engineering and project teams. Your mission is to "teach product" to our project-oriented talent, standardize our toolkits, and ensure our technical breakthroughs translate into seamless customer outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Product Evangelism & Coaching: Serve as the subject matter expert to transition project managers into product-thinking leaders. Develop frameworks, onboarding guides, and training programs to upskill teams in Agile, Scrum, and modern product discovery methodologies.
  • Process Engineering: Refine and create processes that accelerate time-to-outcome, enabling the team to course-correct quickly when data suggests a strategic shift is needed. Champion data-driven decision-making across product and engineering.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders — from ideation through launch. Own roadmap execution cadences, OKR tracking, and release planning.
  • Community Building: Lead internal "Product Studios" and cross-functional forums to facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous learning.
  • Tooling & Systems: Evaluate, implement, and govern the product operations tech stack (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, ProductBoard) to ensure consistency, visibility, and scalability across teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 4 years of experience in product management, management consulting, or an operational capacity within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field preferred.
  • The "Product Mindset": A proven track record of moving teams from "output-focused" (completing tasks) to "outcome-focused" (solving customer problems). You think in outcomes, not activities.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable working alongside engineers, data scientists, and hardware teams. Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product narratives.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives — with the ability to adapt these ceremonies for a hardware/software hybrid environment.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.

Nice-to-Have

  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Agilist, or PMP certification.
  • Domain Experience: Prior experience in the semiconductor, IoT, or embedded systems industry.
  • Change Management: Formal training or hands-on experience in organizational change management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
  • Data & Analytics: Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Why Analog Devices?

At ADI, you are at the center of the "Analog to Digital" world. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the operational DNA of a global technology leader. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware and intelligent software — driving how products are built, delivered, and experienced by customers worldwide.

If you are a high-energy problem solver who loves mentoring others, building scalable systems, and leaving organizations better than you found them — you'll fit right in.
