Required Skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, especially when working on complex issues in a high‑volume production facility
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing processes
- Familiarity with basic SPC concepts, methods, and terminology
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
- Wafer fabrication experience or familiarity with semiconductor processing and cleanroom experience
- Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom
- Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC‑based process trends
- Identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency
- Write, revise, and maintain technical specifications and procedures
- Lead training and developing colleagues
- Required: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: 2‑year or 4‑year degree in a technical discipline
