About The Role

The CMOS Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer contributes to the development of advanced mixed signal circuits for low-power and high performance PLLs, PVT sensors and I/O’s to be used in numerous products from high performance data center SoCs to low power consumer SoCs. This position is part of a highly collaborative team that contributes to the development of circuit design on advanced CMOS processes. The individual in this position has the opportunity to have a significant impact on the Company’s products.

What You'll Do

  • Circuit design of advanced Fin-FET low power PLLs and PVT sensors and I/O’s.
  • Design of different mixed-signal circuit blocks
  • Layout supervision and post-layout analysis
  • Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure smooth release of product.
  • Silicon bring-up, debug, and evaluation.
  • Provide customer support, both pre-sales and post final delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital and analog circuit design, implementation, and verification. May also be an entry level NCG.
  • Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with mix signal, analog and digital circuit design in advanced Fin-FET processes.
  • Knowledge of
    • Bandgap and amplifiers for PVT sensors
    • High sensitivity and accuracy sense amplifiers
    • I/O designs and XTAL Oscillators
    • Low voltage and low jitter PLL
    • Spread spectrum PLL
    • LC PLL
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Education

  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Base Salary Range

  • $155,000.00 to $185,000.00, DOE
