Join the WildSide team as a Shuttle Driver, where you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, efficient, and memorable experience for our guests. In this position, you will operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests and their bikes throughout the park while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and enjoys working outdoors in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle vehicles and bike trailers while transporting guests and equipment throughout the property.

Maintain compliance with all applicable DOT, TDOT, and company safety regulations.

Participate in required drug and alcohol testing programs.

Conduct and document daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Report maintenance concerns, mechanical issues, or safety hazards promptly.

Partner with the vehicle maintenance team to ensure vehicles remain in excellent operating condition.

Assist guests with loading and unloading bikes and provide directions, information, and support throughout their visit.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of shuttle vehicles and bike trailers.

Complete opening, closing, and operational checklists accurately and on time.

Track and record shuttle trips, guest counts, and operational data as required.

Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for WildSide by providing information about attractions, experiences, and amenities.

Support other operational needs and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license required

Clean three-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous commercial driving, transportation, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements

Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles for extended periods.

Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, and reach.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
