Anakeesta is seeking Park Ambassadors that are responsible for the safety of our guests participating in our multiple adventure elements including TreeVenture, BearVenture, our enchanted night walk, Astra Lumina, and soon Anakeesta’s brand-new BirdVenture!
Park Ambassadors are often the first faces guests will encounter and are the go-to source for information, help, and maybe just to take a picture or two for guests to document their cherished Smoky Mountain getaway!
Responsibilities
Open and close Adventure Elements each day based on scheduled hours
Greet and educate guests on park information, Adventure Elements and various wildlife they may encounter
Closely monitor activities relating to each element throughout your shift, identifying any safety issues
Ensure that guests follow all posted safety rules of Adventure Elements
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude – even in stressful situations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
16 years of age or older
Proficient communication skills
Ability to maneuver through our MOUNTAIN TOP adventure park with ease
Ability to work and withstand all-weather conditions
Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl
Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on uneven ground
