Server – Clifftop 

Job Summary 
Join the team at Clifftop, Anakeesta’s signature mountaintop dining experience featuring stunning views and elevated comfort cuisine. We’re looking for warm, guest-focused Servers who can deliver attentive, polished service while helping create memorable meals high above the Smokies. In this role, you’ll guide guests through our menu, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every visit to Clifftop feels exceptional. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and present menus with confidence 

• Answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages specific to Clifftop 

• Offer thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience 

• Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system 

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally 

• Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with TABC alcohol service requirements 

• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and address concerns quickly 

• Clear, clean, and reset tables; restock and organize service areas 

• Handle all payment transactions accurately and securely 

• Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, line cooks, and managers 

• Maintain dining-room cleanliness, safety, and operational standards 

• Attend required food & beverage training sessions 

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support Clifftop operations 

What You Need 

• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality 

• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in full-service dining 

• Must be at least 18 years old 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid TABC license 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods 

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions
