What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary School Counselor (Grades 3-5) position at Anahuac Elementary School?
2026-2027 School Year
Reports To: Elementary School Principal (Grades 3-5)
Compensation: 10.5 month (202 days), Salary commensurate with educational experience
Qualifications: Education (minimum):
- Master’s degree in guidance and counseling
- Valid Texas counseling certificate
Special Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of counseling procedures, student appraisal, and career development
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:

Two years teaching experience preferred
