Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Nursing, including experience in patient care and critical care medicine
- Proven Nursing Management skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and staff development
- Solid foundation in Medicine, with the ability to implement and oversee medical protocols and safety standards
- Commitment to providing exemplary patient care and improving patient outcomes in a perioperative setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher is required; a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred
- Current RN license in the state of California is mandatory
- Perioperative nursing certification (CNOR) or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in surgical services management or critical care leadership is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
