JFS Corporation d/b/a Anago of Cleveland a nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company, has an opening for qualified Appointment Setter at our corporate office in Broadview Heights, OH.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the 10th fastest growing franchise company in the US/Canada!
Hours are: 9am - 5pm, Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside reps
Tracking daily phone calls
Follow up and answering return calls/emails
Skills/ Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:
CALL CENTER AND OR APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
Prior experience in making out-bound calls.
B2B appointment setting a plus!
Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Compensation:
Salary: $18-22/hr
