The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for prospecting businesses, building relationships with decision-makers, setting appointments, and helping drive company growth through direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses within assigned territories
- Introduce company products and services to business owners and decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
- Track daily activity, leads, and follow-up information in CRM or reporting system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional information
- Stay knowledgeable about company offerings and industry trends
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Previous canvassing, sales, customer service, or B2B experience preferred
