Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Sr. Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM customization, integrations, data migration, and architecture design. This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) from one of our Cap offices in Atlanta, Chicago, or New York.

- CRM Integrations (APIs, Omnichannel, Power App Portals)
- Security Model Design & Administration
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for validation.
- Perform data migration and integration using Azure services (ADF, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
- Configure and manage CRM Out-of-the-Box functionalities.
- Build Power Platform solutions including Power Automate flows, Canvas Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
- Design and implement security models aligned with business needs.
- Drive CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on omnichannel and Power App portal implementations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Sr. Architect in large-scale implementations.
- Strong background in CRM customization, security, and administration.
- Experience with Workflows, Business Rules, JavaScript, Plugins, Form Customization, and Console Jobs.
- Hands-on experience with Omnichannel Customer Service workspace.
- Knowledge of Power App Portals and integration scenarios.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
