Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 10 years of professional backend development experience
Core Technical Skills:
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Java 11/17 (Streams, Lambdas, Collections, Multithreading/Concurrency).
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and Spring Security.
- API Design: Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience integrating third-party services.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL). Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB) is often required or preferred.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with caching solutions (Redis, Caffeine).
