Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Engineer to join a long-term project with our client, Walmart, in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and delivering seamless user experiences at scale.
You will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for developing and enhancing cutting-edge iOS applications used by millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high performance and responsiveness
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in iOS development
- Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience optimizing app performance and memory management

Hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA
Onsite presence required 3 days per week
