The Company is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Clerkthat will handle the following functions for the North American region.Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Clerk will perform the following:Send out all invoices for approval viaEsignMonitoring and reviewinginvoicesforapprovalRecord all approved invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365Assistin the recording of payments into Microsoft Dynamics 365 as coordinated with Lead AP/AP ManagerResearch vendor inquiries/statements as coordinated with Lead APManagerFill out credit applications as coordinated with the Lead APManagerTake deposits to thebankCheck mail and scan to theappropriate partyor APinboxAll other duties as delegated by AP ManagerJob Requirements:Education: Holds a minimum high school diplomaExperience: Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable experience and minimum 2 years in fast-paced, high-volume environmentCompetencies:Accuracy and attention to detail; Superior organizational skillsAble to work independently with minimaldirectionProficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong time managementMust be able to effectively communicate status updates (both verbal and written)Working knowledge of basic accounting principlesAble to work as a team and meetdeadlinesExposure to working in a 24/7 environment schedulepreferredExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work effectively in diverse workenvironmentExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
