- Plan and manage Chamber events from start to finish, including major festivals and community events
- Coordinate vendors, sponsors, entertainers, and partners to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot as needed
- Recruit, schedule, and support event volunteers
- Complete post-event wrap-up, including surveys, reporting, and financial reconciliation
- Manage event budgets and track expenses
- Plan and support Chamber programs such as luncheons and Business After Hours
- Keep event listings updated and assist with basic promotion
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and the business community
- Handle event-related administrative tasks, including contracts and timelines
