Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Anaheim, California

Position Overview:
Anacom MedTek is seeking an experienced and highly organized hands-on Warehouse Manager to handle all aspects of warehouse operations, including materials management, inventory control, shipping, production planning, and logistics coordination. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring products are delivered on time, and maintaining the highest standards in material handling and storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations & Management:
    • Supervise and perform daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storing, and shipping of medical devices and components.
    • Coordinate and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
    • Implement best practices for material handling, storage, and transportation.
  • Inventory Management & Control:
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is kept at optimal levels to meet production and shipping requirements.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize inventory discrepancies.
    • Utilize inventory management software to track materials and monitor stock movements.
  • Shipping & Logistics:
    • Oversee all shipping activities, ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time to domestic and international customers.
    • Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
    • Ensure that all shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, is completed accurately.
  • Production Planning Coordination:
    • Collaborate with production and operations teams to align material and product availability with production schedules.
    • Ensure materials are available in a timely manner to prevent delays in production or delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Training:
    • Provide leadership and direction to warehouse team members, promoting a positive work environment and high standards of performance.
    • Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure familiarity with safety protocols, equipment, and processes.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse environment, including safe handling of medical devices and equipment.
    • Oversee the safe and proper storage of hazardous materials and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously assess warehouse processes to identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve order accuracy, reduce lead times, and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory management in a manufacturing or medical equipment environment.
    • Previous experience managing a team is required.
    • Previous MAS200 or SAGE experience a MUST.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
    • Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
  • Educational Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Forklift Certification, First Aid/CPR, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
