Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Oxnard, CA. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in growing federal, commercial, and integrator accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls and emails, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and coordinating with account managers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will also research target organizations, prepare basic quotes, and follow up on marketing campaigns to drive new business. Collaboration with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience is an important part of this role.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and Business Development skills to identify opportunities and nurture prospects.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Experience with CRM systems, basic quoting tools, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software is beneficial.
- Prior experience in IT product sales, government contracting, or working with federal systems integrators is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Oxnard, CA, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
