Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Intern to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will support the sales team with a variety of projects, including lead generation, purchase order confirmations, CRM management, customer communications, and other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
This is an on-site internship position. Work hours and days are flexible, and the role pays $15.49 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prospect research
- Process and confirm purchase orders
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Draft and send customer and prospect email communications
- Utilize platforms such as NetSuite and ZoomInfo to support sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on additional projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications (optional but recommended)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
