RESPONSIBILITIES/RESPONSABILIDADES

NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE BY DEMAND OF PRODUCTION

• Work in a facility with the latest equipment
• Know the basics of pressing garments and be able to adapt to the challenges of properly finishing new and seasonal fashion styles and fabrics
• Accurately but efficiently iron and press clean articles by hand or by machine steam and vacuum
• Learn the basic operations of pressing station(s) they will operate and the particulars of the items commonly pressed at that station
• Follow all standards, procedures, and practices
• Inspect garments and apply finishes as needed (stain guard, wrinkle release, etc.)
• Ensure that pressing equipment is working properly and well maintained
• Organize the garments by days (washing, dry cleaning, ironing) and then process the clothes in the correct equipment with the correct temperature.
• Operate and Maintain Washer Dryer, Ironer and Iron. Correctly Report any problems or deficiencies to the manager.
• Be familiar with emergency, fire, and safety procedures.
• Responsible for logging in / out of the payroll sheet
• Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and managers
• Provide solid communication with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in the handling of industrial ironing machinery. (HI-Steam)
• Other Duties per demand
• Organisar las prendas por dias (lavado, tintorería, planchado) y luego procesar la ropa en el equipo correcto con la temperatura correcta.
• Operar y Mantener Lavadora Secadora, Planchadora y Plancha. Correctamente Reportar cualquier problema o deficiencia al gerente.
• Estar familiarizado con el procedimiento de emergencia, incendio y seguridad.
• Responsable de iniciar / cerrar sesión en la hoja de nómina
• Trabajar, en armoniosa y profesionalmente con compañeros de trabajo y gerentes
• Proporcionar una comunicación sólida con el equipo en un entorno rápido.
• Conocimientos en el manejo de maquinaria de planchado industrial. (HI-Steam)
• Otros deberes por demanda

WORK HOURS/ HORARIOS

• Monday-Friday 9a-2:00p(Standard Shift)
• Federal Holidays off(Paid Holidays)
• Shift available Monday-Friday/ Los turnos solo están disponibles de lunes a viernes
• Shifts do not pass after 5pm/ Los turnos no pasan de las 5pm.
• Flexible Schedule 3-5 days available/ Si no puede trabajar 5 días, somos flexibles para proporcionar de 3 a 5 días durante la semana
