Responsibilities
- Support case management activities by assisting with intake processes, data collection, and filing of client records
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all medication-related activities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and participate in crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety
- Supervise clients during activities, promoting positive behavior management and conflict resolution
- Assist with security procedures, including monitoring access points and maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide first aid as needed and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents
- Maintain detailed records through data entry, filing, and documentation of client progress and program activities
Experience
- Prior supervising experience in childcare, social work, or behavioral health settings preferred
- Experience in crisis intervention, conflict management, or addiction counseling highly desirable
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs or home & community care experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Familiarity with data collection tools, filing systems, and medication administration protocols
- Previous experience in security or behavioral health roles enhances your suitability for this position
