What you’ll do:As our Customer Service Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for our amazing patients, guiding them through every step of their smile journey. Your superpowers will include:
- Answering calls and messages with a smile – whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or just brightening someone’s day.
- Appointment coordination – managing schedules efficiently so every patient gets the care they need, exactly when they need it.
- Payment processing – handling transactions like a pro, ensuring everything is accurate and smooth.
- Information updates – keeping patient contact details and records up to date.
- Problem-solving heroics – directing patients to the right department, troubleshooting concerns, and making sure every experience is positive.
- Team collaboration – working with other Smile Bosses to maintain a friendly, organized, and efficient office environment.
