What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surrogate Intake Specialist / Case Manager position at an IVF clinic-based surrogacy agency?

provide you with hot leads every day for you to reach out. Your task is to call them and follow up with them.
Company laptop and cell phone are provided.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills,
- Good at calling (not cold call) and talking to people; Remember to follow up, be proactive and taking initiatives
- Available to work flexible hours & overtime when needed
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a big plus, but not required

This role is fast-paced and heavily people-focused — similar to a sales role. If you’re not committed to pursuing every lead with urgency and persistence, this is not the right position for you.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up application leads, including needed documents and appointments and make sure all the applicants are reachable and all profiles are completed
- Set up appointment and conduct interviews with surrogate applicants
- Reviewing surrogate applications; educating candidates about the surrogacy process, benefits and answering their questions.
- Emailing and following up with potential surrogates; guiding them through the screening process; maintaining internal records and databases; and various other tasks as needed
- Coordinate with outside health facilities (for medical records, for outside monitoring or OB appointment), insurance companies, law firm
- Work closely with IP's coordinator on matching and case management
- Other administrative duties as assigned
