Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in their lives?
Incredible Me ABA is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and community settings.
We’re not like corporate ABA companies. We value our RBTs, prioritize work-life balance, and provide strong BCBA support so you can focus on what matters most—providing high-quality care to the children and families we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings.
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and document session data using an electronic data system.
- Participate in BCBA supervision, training, and team meetings.
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification required.
- Experience working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Afternoon availability preferred.
