What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and skill-building plans
- Provide therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA Technicians
- Coach families in evidence-based strategies
- Collect, analyze, and graph client data
- Use tools like VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
Who We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA and MD LBA certification (required)
- 1 year of experience with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation — must be comfortable traveling between multiple locations
- Passion for making a lasting impact in families’ lives
