Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance/Accounting or senior financial leader with a strong accounting focus within a casino, gaming, or similar large-scale hospitality environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance with a demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations in a highly regulated gaming environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team while maintaining the highest standards of fiscal integrity and operational excellence
