Responsibilities:
• Database Integrity & System Integration: Oversee the security, hygiene (NCOA, deduplication), and QA standards of the casino marketing database, managing data integrations across CMS (e.g., Synkros), PMS, POS, and digital platforms.
• Advanced Player Segmentation & Targeting: Build behavior-based player segments, lifecycle strategies, and AI-supported clustering to execute precise data pulls for direct mail, email, SMS, and kiosk loyalty campaigns.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the execution of promotional and offer-driven marketing campaigns, managing vendor workflows, calendar accuracy, mail volumes, production, and postage budgets.
• Financial Forecasting & ROI Analytics: Drive data-driven decisions by delivering proforma and postforma ROI analyses, reinvestment reviews, offer redemption tracking, and monthly performance presentations for executive leadership.
• Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with Slots, Table Games, VIP, Finance, and F&B to develop integrated marketing initiatives, support entertainment/promotions analysis, and leverage database targeting for hotel yield strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure all marketing, targeting, and data handling processes strictly comply with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures (ICMPs), and strict data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of casino database marketing, analytics, CRM, or related gaming experience.
• Prior leadership or vendor oversight experience.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and best practices in database marketing.
• Prior experience supporting marketing teams with campaign analysis and player segmentation in a casino environment. • Proficiency with Konami SYNKROS or similar casino management systems is highly preferred.
• Experience with QCI, Oracle Analytics and/or SQL, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros).
