A upscale Mediterranean Restaurant in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to add a Catering and Events Coordinator to their team!
Requirements:
- 3 years of previous event management experience preferably in upscale restaurant operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous Toast and Perfect Venue experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Remain on-site for the majority of each event to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee all aspects of the catering program in alignment with event operations
- Manage email communication professionally and promptly, ensuring appropriate internal visibility
- Guide clients through planning, logistics, and available offerings
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
