Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers- Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately- Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs- Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staff Qualifications: - Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industry- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude If you are passionate about exploring the world, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
