Key Responsibilities: - Research and curate the most exclusive and authentic experiences, activities, and destinations- Collaborate with local tour operators, guides, and businesses to negotiate competitive rates and build strong partnerships to ensure the highest quality services for our clients- Create detailed and comprehensive itineraries for each adventure package, carefully selecting and arranging activities to maximize enjoyment and satisfaction- Regularly review and update existing itineraries to keep them current and incorporate new and exciting options for our clients- Develop compelling and creative content to promote our adventure packages to potential clients- Provide assistance and support in ensuring smooth execution of adventure packages, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the trip- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competition, and use this information to constantly improve and enhance client experiences. Qualifications: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using travel booking platforms and software- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
