Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email and phone to understand their preferences and needs- Plan and book all aspects of the trip including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities- Research and provide clients with information about destinations, attractions, and visa requirements- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best deals for our clients- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the travel landscape- Create detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip and provide prompt solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office- Detail-oriented and able to handle and organize large amounts of information- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and client needs- High school diploma or equivalent; - Passionate about helping others have memorable experiences
