AN ANGEL FOR EVERYONE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to join our caring team in New Providence, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Assist with walking a small house dog 2x day
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors or care coordinators
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and errands
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapies, if any
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of New Jersey
- Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and document services accurately
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in the New Providence, NJ area
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
