Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, providing information about exhibits and upcoming events to enhance their experience
- Monitor gallery spaces to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness at all times
- Assist with organizing and managing special events, exhibitions, and educational programs
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or conflicts with tact and diplomacy
- Manage cash handling duties for ticket sales, merchandise, or food service areas accurately and securely
- Support the setup and breakdown of events, including managing guest flow and coordinating with team members
- Enforce gallery policies to maintain a respectful environment for all visitors, including working with children or diverse groups
- Provide support in food service areas during special occasions or events when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods or large gatherings
