About the Position
Amynta EOB is seeking an Underwriting Technologist to support submission intake, underwriting operations, data analysis, and workflow automation. In this fully remote role, a successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and support consistent execution across underwriting and sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming submissions for completeness and ensure adherence to established intake protocols.
- Use and refine AI-enabled tools to support submission triage, account summarization, referral documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Identify missing information and coordinate follow-up with internal stakeholders or agency partners.
- Enter submission data into rating platforms and prepare manual quotes when required.
- Route submissions, rating information, and supporting documentation to underwriting teams for review.
- Support underwriting teams by responding to follow-up requests and assisting with required information gathering.
- Analyze workflow data, including efficiency ratios and hit ratios, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance speed, accuracy, consistency, and ease of doing business.
- Participate in team training, system testing, SOP documentation, and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience or relevant coursework involving AI tools, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- University-level coursework in statistics, including probability, inference, regression, or statistical modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write effective prompts and help refine AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple submissions, requests, and projects.
- Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

Compensation
Compensation range: $55,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
