Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a project manager- commercial interiors to join our team! We are looking for a detail-driven, highly organized person who thrives on keeping jobs running smoothly, on budget, and on time. Must have excellent, proactive communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
At Amy’s Windows, a 100% woman owned business, we specialize in commercial window treatments. The project coordinator is at the core of our operations—bridging customers, installers, vendors, and our internal team to deliver projects with precision, excellence, and profitability.
In this role, you will have the autonomy and ownership to manage projects from beginning to end. You need to be able to problem-solve, and will be part of a collaborative, small-team environment where everyone pitches in, supports one another, and celebrates wins together.
What You’ll Do
- Drive projects from start to finish – submittals, measurements, ordering, installation, and closeout.
- Manage the numbers – track budgets, identify cost savings, and ensure profitability.
- Be the go-to communicator – keep customers, installers, and GCs informed and confident at every stage.
- Solve problems fast – you can deal with last-minute challenges without getting rattled
- Strengthen client relationships – through thoughtful follow-up, thank-you gestures, and long-term trust building.
- Contribute to our team culture – helping in the office, supporting events, and being a hands-on team player.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of project coordination experience
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you don’t wait for problems to escalate.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
Nice, But Not Necessary:
- Bluebeam experience
- Ability to read plans
- Previous experience in construction
