Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Details:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join the Manufacturing Operations Team this summer. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience while supporting continuous improvement efforts by assisting with Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) related to top production aliases and contributing to batch sheet updates. This role will work cross-functionally with operations and quality teams to analyze issues, document findings, and help improve process accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for recurring production or system aliases.
- Gather and review production data to support issue investigations.
- Document findings and support corrective action tracking.
- Update and revise batch sheets to reflect process improvements or corrections.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and other plant teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Education
- Attending a four-year college or university to attain a degree in Business, Continuous Improvement or a related field; or already awarded bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Reasoning Ability

- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
