What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver/ Resident Assistant position at Amy’s Adult Family Home?
Group Home in need of Kind, Patient, Outgoing staff that have a great personality, great communication skills, multi-tasking and problem solving skills and strong passion and desire to help others. Must be a reliable and dependable person.
Assist people with disabilities with activities of daily living that include; personal hygiene, grooming and incontinent care. Duties performed at the home include preparing meals and performing housekeeping tasks (washing and ironing laundry, dusting,vacuuming, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen). Other duties include running errands, accompanying clients to appointments, providing medications to clients, assisting clients with bathing and incontinence issues. Other responsibilities include regularly communicating with supervisor and office staff, providing companionship and conversation and performing other reasonable duties as assigned. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning and washing clothes. Assist with bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
