ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of six focused on growth, support, and creating a positive environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a manager at Verizon, which helped shape my leadership style and focus on team development.

Im a proud parent and a former high school cheerleading coach. I stay actively involved in the local school district and community, and Ive been honored as the first coach to receive the Jet Setter Award.

For our team, we offer a flexible, family-oriented environment with team-building activities and development programs, along with a Simple IRA and reimbursement for licensing costs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amy Latham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
