General Labor wages $16.15 - 20.00/hr plus $1 - 1.50/hr shift differentials

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Our Medford plant has a variety of positions in different areas of the business, including Manufacturing Workers and Operators, Kitchen Kettle Cooks and Preps, Sanitation Workers and more!

All positions are physically demanding and do require someone who is willing and able to be on their feet staying physically active throughout most of their shift. This is a manufacturing environment, so the facility is loud and active.

Qualifications and Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Recent experience with physically demanding job duties including consistent heavy lifting (Construction or Farming as an example)
- High-level attention to detail.
- General Labor experience.
- Manufacturing, Warehouse or Distribution experience in food industries is considered an asset.
- Experience working in kitchens or bakeries is considered an asset.
- Mechanical, equipment and process knowledge is considered an asset.
Individuals must be able to do physical work for 8–10-hour shifts, on their feet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The work environment may be very hot, very cold, and/or very humid. The noise level is high. Employees may frequently be required to walk on wet floors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands for dexterous tasks; reach; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds and assist in team lifts over 50-100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.
