AMX Logistics is looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of customer relationships from day-to-day service through long-term account growth.
This role is about more than simply managing existing customers. You’ll become a trusted point of contact, understand what your customers need, help solve problems, and look for opportunities to expand their business with AMX.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing- 🤝 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- 🚛 Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day freight needs
- 📈 Identify opportunities to increase freight volume, lanes, and services
- 💰 Grow revenue within existing accounts by recognizing new business opportunities
- 💬 Negotiate rates while managing customer expectations and service needs
- 🧠 Work closely with operations and carrier partners to ensure freight is handled efficiently
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions when challenges arise
- 🎯 Monitor account performance while focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
