Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Home Care – $57/Hour
Location: Kalispell, Montana
Pay: $57.00 per hour

Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

AMX Healthcare is hiring an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week hospice home-care contract in Kalispell, Montana.
This daytime position is ideal for an RN who is passionate about providing individualized, comfort-focused care to patients and supporting their families throughout the hospice journey.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments during scheduled home visits.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care.
- Provide pain management, symptom control, and comfort-focused nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Educate patients and families about medications, symptoms, care plans, and available support.
- Coordinate care with physicians, hospice leadership, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families.
- Follow all hospice, infection-control, safety, and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license accepted for practice in Montana.
- Previous hospice, home health, palliative care, or case-management experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Current physical and tuberculosis screening.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while traveling between patient homes.
- Dependable attendance and ability to complete onboarding requirements promptly.
