We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive a large-scale Finance Transformation initiative centered around the implementation of a modern ERP solution (Workday Financials or Oracle Fusion Cloud). This is a high-visibility, strategic role that will serve as the central point of leadership across business and technology stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of a best-in-class finance platform.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-year, enterprise-wide ERP implementations, a strong understanding of finance business processes, working knowledge of system integrations, and a proven ability to navigate organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Finance ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, scope, and timeline
Define and manage the overall program roadmap, workstreams, milestones, and critical path activities
Oversee system integrator(s) and third-party vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and quality of deliverables
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with executive sponsors to communicate program vision, progress, risks, and outcomes
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading large-scale ERP implementations (Workday Financials and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud required)
Demonstrated experience managing multi-year transformation programs with cross-functional teams of 30+ resources (internal and external)
Proven track record of managing system integrator partnerships (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG)
Strong command of program governance, risk management, and executive-level communication
