This is a part-time, fully in office role in Charlotte, NC. Key Areas of ResponsibilityEffectively communicate by email, telephone, and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services officeOrder and Stocking Office Supplies for all floorsMaking sure all floor supply rooms are clean and stocked at all timesMaking sure all floor conference rooms are clean and stocked at all timesManaging the soda machines, changing syrups and cleaning nozzlesHelp with town hall/huddle meeting set-up of chairs and manage AVSupport Administration team with other duties as assignedJob/Performance ExpectationsPositive helpful attitude towards visitors and employeesAttention to keeping office space neat, organized and well stockedKnowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and motivated to learnDiplomatic problem solver and results-drivenWritten and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and equipmentAbility to work independently and in stressful situationsAbility to multitaskRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Graduate, College degree preferredTwo to three years' experience, preferably in an office environmentWell-developed oral and written communication skillsWork Schedule and Physical Demands: This is a part-time position.Days are Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayHours would be 10:00AM – 4:00 PM with an a 30-minute break for lunch and flexibility depending on business needs.Light work requires exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
